Dialogue and self-governance lie at the heart of the house of the school. These Houses are driven by children wherein they learn to become law-abiding by actually participating in the decision making process of running these clubs. Thus, democratic values are experienced and not merely studied.
They not only explore different topics of significance or relevant problems in the process, but also study and explore a chosen subject or topic in varied different ways and from points of view, collaboratively.
Thus, students experientially understand that a problem or task can be considered and approached in different ways, apart from learning to accept different perspectives and developing flexible thinking.
