VIGOUR
VIGOUR is the annual sports festival of Vidya Jain Public School, Rohini, where enthusiasm, discipline, and the true spirit of sportsmanship come alive. This grand celebration brings together students, teachers, and parents in a lively atmosphere of energy, teamwork, and joy.
Introduced as a major initiative in 2025, VIGOUR has grown into one of the most awaited school events in North Delhi, celebrated every year on the school sports ground. The event showcases the school’s commitment to holistic education — blending physical fitness, creativity, and character-building in one vibrant celebration.
Each edition of VIGOUR is graced by renowned national and international sports personalities, who motivate students to believe in themselves and aim higher in every aspect of life. Among the distinguished guests to have encouraged our young athletes is Padma Shri Dr. Deepa Malik, Khel Ratna and Arjuna Awardee, Board Member – Asian Paralympic Committee, and India’s first woman Paralympic medalist.
Her inspiring words on courage, perseverance, and the power of movement continue to guide the spirit of VIGOUR each year.

The name VIGOUR reflects energy, enthusiasm, and excellence — the three pillars of sportsmanship. The event was conceived to give students a platform to express their athletic talent and build values like discipline, teamwork, resilience, and leadership.
