Life Skills and Health Education promoting students’ physical and emotional health and well-being is also an integral component of the curriculum leading to the holistic development of the students. Physical Education develops sports skills and creates health awareness. Our curriculum offers students the opportunity to discover and develop their physical potential through a balanced and progressive program of physical activities. Exposure to the team and individual sports develops students’ competence and confidence to take part in a range of physical activities and encourages a sense of camaraderie and accomplishment.
An extensive array of co-curricular subjects provides our students a rich learning experience. Be it through Sports, Fine Arts, or Performing Arts viz. Music, Dance, Yoga, Drama; students get ample opportunities of bringing their innate talent forth. Inter-house cultural and sports competitions encourage healthy competition and team spirit. The myriad range of curricular and co-curricular opportunities, thus offered, helps instill in children confidence and promotes their holistic development.
Moreover, students are engaged in field trips, excursions, activities, projects, and presentations that provide experiential learning opportunities. Student engagement in community service activities is a vital part of our curriculum.
